Completed 3 complex design solutions utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including the design team, the engineering team, and the Bureau of Commercial Waste (BCW) department director.
Designed a CWZ Interactive Map with 3 main features, created 3 wireframe versions, presented progress at design meetings, incorporated feedback, and delivered a 10-screen high-fidelity prototype on Adobe XD for internal user testing.
Created a comprehensive 12-page Branding Guideline for BCW independently, approved by the BCW director for department use, achieved a goal to establish a framework for presenting BCW through visual and word choices, as well as setting forth the standards and rules to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
Delivered a consolidated and redesigned a 6-page Commercial Organic Mailer Flyer into a single page, worked closely with the senior designer, and created 3 layouts for design meetings. The final design was approved by the BCW director, translated into 15 languages, printed, and distributed via mail.
